Patrick
Ford is a member of Ford Law Firm LLP and chair of the Firm’s Corporate and
Real Estate Departments. Patrick’s practice
focuses on the representation of telecommunications clients in all areas of
their corporate and commercial interests.
Since starting his career in the legal department of Bell Atlantic NYNEX
Mobile (now Verizon Wireless), he has counseled telecommunications clients on
all facets of network growth, including leasing issues, zoning matters, and
mergers and acquisitions.
Patrick
has lectured on telecommunications leasing matters and is a board member of the
New York State Wireless Association. He is
admitted to practice in the state courts of New York, New Jersey and
Pennsylvania as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern
District of New York and the District of New Jersey.

Christine
M. Ford
Christine
Ford is a member of Ford Law Firm LLP and chair of the Firm’s Litigation
Department. Christine is a seasoned
litigator with over a decade of experience representing corporate clients in
state and federal courts throughout the country. Christine has extensive experience counseling
clients in telecommunications law, real property disputes, insurance matters
and advertising issues. Prior to forming
Ford Law Firm LLP, Christine served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Joseph
J. Longobardi in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware
and spent ten years as a litigator in the New York office of Simpson Thacher
& Bartlett LLP.
Christine
is a summa cum laude graduate of
Seton Hall University School of Law, where she was Articles Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review. She has published on several topics including
securities litigation, healthcare law and copyright issues. Christine is admitted to the New York and New
Jersey bars as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and
Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.

John
B. Dawson
John
Dawson is a member of Ford Law Firm LLP and chair of the Firm's Alcohol
Beverage Law Department. John has particular expertise in three
areas: Alcohol Beverage Law, Intellectual Property, and Litigation.
John's alcohol beverage practice involves the representation of
wineries, wholesalers, importers, brokers, retailers, trade associations, and
restaurants in connection with issues related to mergers and acquisitions,
permits, trade practices, regulatory compliance, and
licensing. John also serves in a pro bono capacity as the general
counsel for the West Sonoma Coast Vintners trade association. John's
intellectual property practice involves the representation of clients
in all phases of the acquisition, licensing, and protection of intellectual
property rights, including advising clients in the selection and enforcement of
trademarks and copyrights, prosecuting trademark and copyright
applications, obtaining injunctive relief, and drafting IP licenses.
John is also an experienced trial attorney, and regularly counsels clients
across a range of contract, real estate, entertainment, and federal and state
regulatory matters. Prior to joining Ford Law Firm LLP, John spent seven
years in the New York office of Hogan & Hartson LLP. John is also a
former member of the New York State Bar Committee on the Commercial Division.
John is a graduate of Tufts University and received his law degree from Yeshiva
University, Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was the Editor-in-Chief
of the Journal of International and
Comparative Law and the Recipient of the Jacob Burns Medal for the Most
Outstanding Contribution to a Law Journal. John is admitted to
the New York, Connecticut and California bars, as well as the United
States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the
District of Connecticut and the Northern District of California.

Vincent Reres
Vincent Reres is Of Counsel to Ford Law Firm LLP,
focusing on the representation of telecommunications clients. Vincent drafts, reviews, and negotiates
documents and agreements related to site acquisition, site
maintenance/upgrades, leasing, licensing and co-location for telecommunications
facilities. Prior to joining the Ford
Law Firm, Vincent was external regional telecommunications counsel to Verizon
Wireless. Having served as external
counsel to Severn Trent/Kelda, Globecomm Systems, Inc., Farmland Dairies, and
ThorLo, he has acquired significant experience in the areas of international
and domestic transactions, mergers and acquisitions, licensing and
distribution, general corporate, and joint ventures. Vincent has practiced law in New York and
Milan, Italy, and was awarded with a Certificate to Practice International Law
by the Center for International Legal Studies.
Vincent is a graduate of Quinnipiac University
School of Law, where he completed a semester abroad at the Universita degli
Studi di Siena in Siena, Italy. He
earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, Business Management from the Hofstra
University, Frank G. Zarb School of Business.
Vincent is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the
Pennsylvania State Bar Association and the New York State Wireless Association. He speaks Italian fluently and is proficient
in Spanish and French.

Mark Meeker
Mark
Meeker joined Ford Law Firm LLP as an associate in July 2010. He graduated cum laude from Pace University School of Law with an International Law
certificate, he was Executive Editor of the Pace International Law Review, and he served as both President
and Treasurer of the Intellectual Property Student Organization. During law school Mark served as an intern
for Justice Alan D. Scheinkman of New York’s Ninth Judicial District as well as
for the World Intellectual Property Organization, and he worked for the New
York State Office of the Attorney General as well as for the Pernod Ricard USA
Legal Department. Following graduation Mark received the New Rochelle Bar
Association Award.
Previously
Mark earned a Master of Arts in Journalism from Kent State University, and he
has extensive experience in advertising and marketing gained through working
with clients such as McDonald’s, PepsiCo and Bank of America. Mark is admitted to the New York and
Massachusetts bars as well as the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
